Picture
Built in 1900, this handsome building was renovated and restored by the Alumnae in 1972.

It contains the fully equipped Mainstage Theatre, our intimate Studio Theatre, the Heritage Lobby, a workshop, backstage area, and a benign ghost.

Our Mainstage and Studio performance spaces are frequently rented by other theatre companies and by film and television crews for location shoots.

With the signed contract, we require payment of 50% of the rental fee + 50% of the cost of the rental supervisor’s hours + 100% of the damage deposit. The balance (50% of the rental fee + 50% of the cost of the rental supervisor’s hours) is due no later than one week before you load in.
