The Bits & Bobs & Deets about Membership at Alumnae Theatre
Alumnae Theatre is a non-union company which welcomes all women who love theatre, and actively encourages ethnic diversity in its membership and casting.
There are many reasons to become a member of Alumnae Theatre. The first reason is the people: you'll make friends here that you'll keep for life.
The second is kind of long but stick with us: not only will you have the opportunity to act, produce, direct, write, stage manage and design, but (if you choose to and we hope that you do) you'll have the opportunity to join the Board of Directors, participate in deciding what plays we produce, become a workshop facilitator or show us all how to have a good time by becoming an event coordinator.
The third reason: it's fun. And we've got not one, but two ghosts. You see? Even those who have moved on to the afterworld know where to go for a good time. Alumnae Theatre.
Active Membership: $50
A discounted rate for those who participate in the running of the club and its theatre.
What You Get:
Six newsletters, social meetings, sneak previews of new productions, workshops, and free admission to all Alumnae shows, including the New Ideas Festival.
Supporting Membership: $75
For members who don't have time to participate on a regular basis.
