It's 2:00 am: Does Mackenzie know where his relationship is? Girlfriend Dotty does - it's gone down the drain with the rest of Mackenzie's reno ambitions. While childhood friend Steve has his hands full coping with an unscrupulous ice cream man, Mackenzie digs deep to shore up the foundation of the one good thing he's been able to build.

A darkish comedy. Two women: one comfortable and set in her ways, the other struggling to come to grips with a disturbing story she has just read. There is the usual clash of personalities even as the events of the story begin to infiltrate and take over the women's lives.
